This week was truly special and fascinating, filled with a rich array of cultural practices that made it an unforgettable experience. The classroom sessions were highly interactive and lively, fostering an environment where learning was both engaging and enjoyable.


The afternoon sessions were particularly captivating, with a variety of interesting practices that brought the cultural experiences to life. As part of Kalotsavam, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the vibrant traditions and customs, which not only deepened my understanding but also left a lasting impression on me.


Personally, I found the experience to be incredibly enriching. The sessions allowed me to connect with others who share similar interests and passions, creating a sense of community and belonging. The hands-on activities and discussions provided valuable insights into the cultural significance of the practices, making the experience even more meaningful.


The highlight of the week was witnessing the enthusiasm and dedication of the participants, which was truly inspiring. It was amazing to see how the cultural practices brought everyone together, creating a sense of unity and shared purpose.  We kicked off our teaching practice this week, starting with a meeting with the principal at 9:30 am. After getting assigned our tasks before the Onam exams. I focused on building rapport with students on the first day. From the second day, I began teaching classes and used substitution periods to engage students in interactive vocabulary-building activities. Stepping into the teacher's role was a new experience, and I enjoyed sharing knowledge with my students. Although there were no classes on Friday due to a strike, we still attended school and used the time to complete our tasks.  SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE-1 (28/07/2025 - 01/08/2025) Unlike last week everyday was working day this week. Our optional teacher came to school for Observation on Wednesday. We all wore saree that day. The classes went well and Shahaana miss pointed out our positive and negative sides of the class. Assembly was conducted this week as it wasn't rainy anymore. Many Students got prizes for the programmes conducted by different clubs of school. I also got acknowledged my our teacher on assembly for helping her shoot a Role play video for English club. That made me so happy and proud. Also Zumba class were conducted by Hari sir for students and that was an interesting and fun session. We helped the teachers by taking pictures and videos. First day at college

 On the 15th of July, my first day at college unfolded with much excitement and anticipation. The day began with an address by the principal, who warmly welcomed us while outlining the college's rules, regulations, and expectations. I found his words inspiring and motivating, as he emphasized the values and standards our college holds. The day itself was rainy, which added a refreshing and somewhat dramatic backdrop to this new beginning. Despite the weather, the atmosphere inside was warm and filled with the energy of students eager to embark on their college journey. As the morning progressed, I had the chance to meet my new friends.
